At RG Kasat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Returns

• You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original tags and packaging intact.
• Non-returnable items include customized products, innerwear, or any item marked as final sale.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 6 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size, style, or color, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the process based on availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at rgkasatmall@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We will issue a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or a replacement.

Approved replacements or exchanges will be processed and dispatched within 21 business days.

5. How to Return an Item
